Short version: Orai does not collect, store, or share your personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking. The app has no servers of its own — it talks only to public weather services to fetch forecasts.
If you grant permission, Orai uses your device location to show the weather where you are and to compare forecast models for that spot. Your coordinates are used on your device and sent only to the weather providers below to request a forecast for that point. They are not stored by us, not linked to your identity, and never sold or shared for advertising. You can use the app without location by adding places manually, and you can revoke location access anytime in iOS Settings.
Weather alerts and daily advice are scheduled locally on your device using UNUserNotifications. No push server is involved and no data leaves your device to power them.
Your saved locations, units, chosen models, and settings are stored locally on your device (in the app's private storage / App Group). This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
None. Orai contains no analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or third-party trackers.
Orai is safe for all ages and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

To show forecasts and radar, Orai requests data from these public services. When it does, your chosen coordinates are included in the request so the service can return the right forecast:
